Gregory A. Weimer, Esq.

Full Bio

Mr. Weimer’s practice involves both trial and appellate advocacy in the state and federal courts. He also helps clients resolve their disputes through mediation.  He has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and employment litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Weimer also has experience defending toxic tort cases, and has represented national oil refiners in environmental suits involving the gasoline additive MTBE. He has also successfully prosecuted a writ of mandamus action in New Hampshire state court, requiring a town to enforce its flood plain ordinance with respect to a proposed ski area development situated in the regulatory flood plain of the Saco River. Greg is an active member of the Vermont Bar Association, and is a member of the Vermont Supreme Court Civil Rules Advisory Committee. Mr. Weimer is a graduate of the University of Vermont and a graduate, cum laude, of Vermont Law School, where he served as Research Editor of the Vermont Law Review.
